TVI guarantees that the server your account is on will be available to the Internet 99.95% of the time. Unlike many web hosts this includes all scheduled maintenance as well as unexpected issues. We are so sure we can provide you with the best possible service we are willing to guarantee this uptime according to the following credit schedule.
If the services listed below are inaccessible for more than 21.6 minutes in a 30-day period you will receive a 25% credit or cash back of your normal monthly charge. This is downtime that exceeds 99.95% in a 30-day period of time.
If the services listed below are inaccessible for more that 43.2 minutes in a 30-day period you will receive an additional 25% credit or cash back of your normal monthly charge. This is downtime that exceeds 99.90% in a 30-day period of time.
If the services listed below are inaccessible for more that 120 minutes in a 30-day period you will receive 90% credit or cash back of your normal monthly charge.

A written request must be sent to sla@tvihosting.com with the date and times of the downtime. The date and times will be verified and confirmed to you after which any credits or cash back will be provided to you within 30 days from the end of the billing period for which the downtime occured.
